Christmas Past

Kip finds the path of least resistance It's time for the Christmas pictures. Didn't feel inspired to put them up till now. We had snow again. Four or five inches five days ago and it's still hanging around. Maybe that's what got me in the mood to do the pictures. Be patient, this page will probably load a little slower than usual what with all the pictures on it.

So, Kip is always a good one to start off with. When he comes down to visit he has to sleep on the futon in the living room. Come Christmas morning, we woke him up and everyone gathered around for the festive present opening. We piled his presents on his bed and he didn't see a need to get up. That's our Kippy, always horizontally thinking.

Addy's stack of presents was taller than she is. Well, maybe some of her parent's presents are in there, too. She had more fun stacking them than anything. I wouldn't say she was wildly into opening presents yet. Give her another year or two but she did like what she got. She played with the Hot Wheels cars for some time. And the little wooden puzzles that I got her. Addy's stack
Hudgie looks excited about something. I got him a battery powered bubble blower. Anything mechanical will tickle his fancy. I'm looking forward to the summer when we can soak in the swimming pool and blow bubbles into the night air. Did you know that if you shined a flashlight at the bubbles at night while they are drifting through the air that they kinda look like little UFO's? It's very colorful. The bubbles don't last long but it's fun to try. Hudgie's Christmas
A Christmas tradition--socks and underwear for the guys. Yes, the bow is on Todd's head.

And we end the festivities with Kip still lying supine while searching for Waldo. I found a "Where's Waldo" book that they hadn't read before at the Goodwill Store. It was a popular item for the next several days as they searched the pages intently trying to find Waldo and his friends.

Where's Kip?
