LOVE & ABUNDANCE 30 DAY EXERCISE"Abundance" means that the universe is poised and ready to pour prosperity into your life in the form of healing, happiness, freedom, joy, health, hope, healthy relationships, successful employment, financial resources, creative energy and more.
The "30 day love and abundance exercise" is a tool for sharpening our ability to see the richness and love and abundance that is already in our life--and to create a "magnet" for more. It is based on the spiritual principle that "when we look for love and abundance everywhere, we will see nothing else."
First of all, it is important to know the spiritual laws behind it. Abundance/prosperity is more than money, but money is part of it. The deal is to FEEL that it really is an abundant universe and that you are prospering in it--no matter what is or isn't in your checkbook. Then that consciousness itself helps draw the abundance and prosperity to you just as consciousness of lack helps draw lack.
So, here's how to do it:
1. Get an 8 1/2 x 11 inch (or larger) spiral-bound notebook with at least 30 pages in it.
2. On the first page, write Day One and the date. Begin by writing an affirmation such as the following suggested one, as many times as you can on one side of the page:

Now, go about your day, looking for all of the signs of love and abundance that you can see: money, certainly, job opportunities or leads, phone calls or letters from friends, kindness and courtesies from strangers (be sure to give lots of these back in the process), meaningful coincidences, a skyfull of stars, an abundance of beauty in any form, seeing flowers, a stroll through the produce section, hugging a child or holding someone's new baby, and so forth. Just pretend that all of your senses are on "receive" and that you don't want to miss one single sign of love and abundance.
4. That night before you go to sleep, turn over the page and list all of the signs of love and abundance you saw that day, and then write a little "Thanks, Universe" and have sweet dreams. If you think you won't remember everything you saw, then write them down as they happen but remember to write your thanks before going to sleep.
5. Day Two. Date the second page and repeat writing down the observations of the day. Do this for 30 days.
6. If after 30 days you don't feel transformed and filled with new life and energy--if doors still seem to not be opening (this would be unusual, but it is the Universe's timing, not ours) keep doing it until you know it is working. Odds are, you will feel as though your eyes have been fully opened for the first time in a long time.
For more on affirmations, I recommend reading some books by Louise Hay. I used to think "What a bunch of hooey" or "How cheesy" but after I met my husband and he gave me the book "You Can Heal Your Life" written by Louise Hay my attitude changed.
We are so programmed with negative talk from parents and peers all the years we are growing up, we eventually think negative from within. The idea of positive talk to ourself seems outrageous. But it works. It works amazingly, wonderfully well. I hang up bits of affirmations where I'll see them and remember to read them every day, like beside the computer. A sense of peace and well-being comes over me every time I read through one of them. I hope you try this 30 Day Exercise and maybe it will help you able bring more affirmations, or at least beauty and joy, into your life. The Universe loves us and wants us to succeed.
