1/2 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 cup flour

3 cups mini-marshmallows
2 tablespoon butter, or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat water in double boiler. In the top, melt the marshmallows and butter. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn; stir until well coated.

Grease hands with butter and shape the popcorn into balls. Press firmly together. Place on waxed paper. Wrap in plastic wrap to store.

Note: Can be made for Christmas, too. Put red or green food coloring in while melting the marshmallows and butter.

TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
(Ever wonder what to do with all those seeds?)

Soak washed seeds in mixture of 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons salt overnight. Drain; let dry slightly.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet or several pans depending on the quantity of seeds. Bake at 300 degrees about 30 minutes. Do not brown. Crack shells before eating.Trick or Treat!
